Carroll Gardens Loft

Even designers have to sell their place sometimes - here is mine. :) My husband and I were a bit nervous as the first open house was the weekend before Thanksgiving. Not the most ideal time to be putting our place on the market! But it just took one open house to get multiple offers above ask. We will sorely miss living here. Photos by R. Ross
