Downtown Modern Classic

With renters living here for a long time, it needed a major cosmetic rehab before bringing it to market. Lightening the floors and once dark kitchen cabinets brought a clean crisp feel. Black accents gave it a beautiful classic yet modern feel. We were able to finish the work within weeks of getting the keys and launching soon after. Photos by R. Ross
