Prospect Heights Duplex

This listing was languishing on the market for six months before I got my hands on it. It was emptied and then completely reimagined. The dark nursery with no windows became the ultimate WFH office, the former master bedroom became a colorful twin bedroom and the upstairs zoom room became a light filled master bedroom with tall ceilings and a new chandelier.
