Cobble Hill Duplex

Getting a home ready for market that is currently being lived in can be a bit tricky. Getting a home ready that is currently being lived in with two full-time working renters plus a toddler and baby, would be impossible - so I thought. But we had a wonderful experience with the loveliest renters who bent over backwards to accommodate us as we worked, organized, purged, rearranged and supplemented their things. They allowed us to do this all while they worked from home. And for their patience, the listing went into contract within a month!
