Pottery

Pottery was the gateway into design for me. Realizing that I can take this ugly raw material and turn it into something beautiful and functional was eye-opening. I have experimented with wheel-throwing, slab-building, hand-coiled pots in stoneware and porcelain using high fire and low fire raku.
